Returns & Exchanges

At Reva Carry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag or accessory isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return authorization slip to include in your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
